Reviews to: Manager, Sales Enablement

Key Responsibilities

. Facilitate, trainer, and train new sales hire through sales coaching

. Analyzes sales performance trends and designs plan to address needs

. Measures sales effectiveness and builds applicable solutions and enablement service (applying market and industry references)

. Partner directly with DOSs (director of earnings ) and supports their team with coaching recommendations, learning recommendations to support the enablement of these groups

. Powerful spoken communication skills with the ability to present complex information only

Other Responsibilities

. Assist in design, building, and implements all of revenue growth programs

. Assist in Implementing sales learning approach, onboarding curriculum, director training, and continuous sales enablement

. Help Measures results from ongoing enablement and learning applications to improve current programs and notify the creation of future programs

. Collaborates with internal teams that support content development, production, and delivery

. Creates and oversees commercial growth and enablement roadmap

. Ability to analyze and diagnose trends in sales performance information and recommend improvements to sales procedures and tools

. Be organized, timely, and resourceful to find the job done.

. Ability to prioritize long-term goals and plans with short-term

. Ability to influence work and conversations through building relationships, thoughtful framing of issues, and building influence through excellent work

. Skilled facilitator in Many Different configurations (1:1, small group, and classroom coaching encounters using a Large Number of mediums – in person, live-online, and digitally on-demand)

. A continuous example of modeling and living CDK core values

Experience/Minimum Prerequisites

. 3-4 years promoting Solutions into the automotive retail/OEM space with an Established success History

. PowerPoint proficient
